Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you need a different size, color, or model, just email us at: info.technostudios@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you would like instead
To be eligible:
- The product must be unworn
- Returned in original condition and packaging
Once approved, we will send your replacement item.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. No additional exchange fees will be charged.
Techno Studios does not operate physical stores. All exchanges must be managed via email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method (3–5 business days depending on your bank).
Returns are only possible for items purchased in our online store. No returns are accepted if an exchange has already been processed. We do not accept exchanges from the Canary Islands — only returns.
BRUTAL COTTON S.L. is not responsible for courier or logistics management fees.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If needed, you may request a return after receiving your order.
