At Techno Studios, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it simple.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you need a different size, color, or model, just email us at: info.technostudios@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item you would like instead

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unworn
  • Returned in original condition and packaging

Once approved, we will send your replacement item.

For voluntary exchanges, including requests for a different size, color, or model, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes both the cost of returning the original item and the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Techno Studios does not operate physical stores. All exchanges must be managed via email.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from delivery.

Conditions:

  • In the same condition as received

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method (3–5 business days depending on your bank).

Returns are only possible for items purchased in our online store. No returns are accepted if an exchange has already been processed. We do not accept exchanges from the Canary Islands — only returns.

BRUTAL COTTON S.L. is not responsible for courier or logistics management fees.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Techno Studios and BRUTAL COTTON S.L. are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges applied by local authorities or carriers.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If needed, you may request a return after receiving your order.
